Bayt Maintenance Services ("we", "us", "our") provides home and office maintenance services in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this website or book a service, why we collect it and what we do with it.
02Information we collect
- Booking details — your name, phone number, area, the service you need, your preferred date and any notes you add.
- Package details — the package and property size you choose when asking about an annual maintenance contract.
- Job application details — your name, phone number, the role, your experience and the other answers you give on the careers form.
- Messages — anything you send us by WhatsApp, phone or email.
- Service records — your address, photos of the work, quotes, invoices and payment records once we carry out a job for you.
03How the forms on this website work
The booking and careers forms do not store your details on this website. When you press the button, the form opens WhatsApp with your request already written, and it is only sent to us when you press send in WhatsApp. WhatsApp is run by Meta, and its own privacy policy applies to messages sent through it.
04How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry, give you a quote and arrange a visit.
- To carry out the work, issue invoices and honour our workmanship warranty.
- To remind you about scheduled visits under a maintenance contract.
- To consider your job application.
- To keep the records that UAE law requires of a business.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you have asked for them. You can ask us to stop at any time.
05Who we share it with
We share your details only where it is needed to deliver the service: with the technicians assigned to your job, with suppliers when parts must be delivered to your address, with our payment and accounting providers, and with government authorities when the law requires it.
06Cookies and outside services
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It loads its fonts and animation files from outside providers (Google Fonts and cdnjs). Like any website host, these providers receive your IP address and browser type when the files are requested. Your browser may also keep small settings on your own device so the pages work smoothly.
07How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become a booking are deleted within 12 months. Records of completed jobs, invoices and contracts are kept for as long as UAE commercial and tax law requires. Job applications are kept for up to 12 months unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
08Keeping it safe
Only staff who need your details to do their job can see them. No way of sending or storing information is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect yours from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
09Your rights
In line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it or stop using it. To do so, contact us using the details below and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.
10Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed.
